La chambre de passage Raman apporte la spectroscopie Raman en ligne pour les bioprocédés downstream. Composé d'une chambre de passage et d'une plateforme d'écoulement associé à une sonde Rxn-10, ce système satisfait aux exigences de vitesse en downstream en optimisant le signal Raman pour des échantillons à faible turbidité et faible volume. Idéal pour les débits en développement, la chambre de passage Raman assure une surveillance en temps réel, une optimisation rapide du process et un contrôle de process pour la chromatographie et autres opérations en downstream.
Downstream: agrégation, cristallisation des protéines, stabilité de la formule, produit CQA, concentration en protéines, excipients tampons
Midstream : surveillance analytique dans le perméat
Permet d'obtenir des informations sur le process basées sur le signal Raman et de contrôler les opérations de bioprocédés en downstream
Permet d'atteindre des limites de détection basses grâce à l'amélioration du signal Raman
Fournit des mesures en continu en temps réel avec une sensibilité élevée pour les débits à l'échelle du développement
Se raccorde facilement à une sonde Rxn-10 associée à un analyseur intégré Raman Rxn, et assure la transférabilité si utilisé avec le kit d'étalonnage et vérification pour chambre de passage Raman
La plateforme de débit fournit une flexibilité pour remplacer à tout moment les cellules de débit sans impacter le process ou la stérilité
